3. For ready stock, items will be processed and sent out within 7 working days after payment received (not include weekend & public holiday).
4. Items will be posting only on every WEDNESDAY.

6. Good sold are not refundable.
7. We are not liable for any losses or damages sustained during postage. Purchases made totally at your own risk.
8. Payment must be made within 2 days, if not the order will be cancelled :-(

Returns Information:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the perfumes within 7 days from the date you received the perfumes. (Shipping fees are non refundable)
The perfumes must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with original price tag, and be accompanied by the invoice. Items broken, used etc are not refundable.
We only accept if you send your return back via poslaju courier service to avoid the possibility of loss during shipping. Email the tracking no to IzzkinCollection@yahoo.com
